Sadly not a show-stopper, but here is an early 1961 Fender Jazzmaster in See-Thru Blond with serial number hang tag and original case. 
 
There has been some changes; for some unknown reason one screw on the upper controls has obviously been changed along with a couple of the pickguard screws.  I've no ides why someone would do this. 
 
Condition wise, it's not amazing, I'd give this one 5/10.  There is lots of yellowing and its difficult to see the beauty of the ash popping through. 
 
That said, aside from the above mentioned, its a nice lightweight Jazzmaster which plays and sounds well.
