A legal disclaimer
I sell vintage musical instruments that are aged anywhere between 50 to 70 years old and may have aged related issues, such as aged electrics, low or worn frets, play-wear from decades of use, warped pickguards and service repairs to keep them functional. It is important you understand this before you buy as I do not offer a refund based off natural age related issues, nor do I generally mention these age related factors when describing a vintage guitar as these are inherited characteristics of vintage guitars.
Terms & Conditions - the basics
I offer a 24 hour approval period on all guitar sales. If you do not want the guitar, I must be notified within 24 hours of delivery and the guitar must be sent back in exactly the same condition in which it was sent, in the same packaging and packed with the same care and attention in which it was sent. You must use UPS to return packages. It is your responsibility to ensure packages return in exactly the same condition as I will not refund your payment if the guitar is lost or damaged in transit, or altered in any way. In the case of damage due to transit, I will return you the damaged guitar to salvage with your insurance company, at the your expense. I recommend you insure returning packages at their full value to cover your own risk. Otherwise, sales are concluded exactly 24 hours after the time of delivery.
In the event of a return, I will refund your payment, minus shipping costs and an additional £100 to cover a fresh set-up fee, within 48 hours to allow time for myself to examine the returned guitar.
Amplifiers are sold strictly as-is and the is no opportunity for a refund. It is highly recommended (for your own safety and the health of the amplifier) that you service your amplifier before you plug it in.
I accept bank transfers or direct PayPal payments as payment methods.
Items are not despatched until funds have cleared. International bank transfers usually take 3-5 days to clear.
I do not accept deposits to secure items.
Payments are to be sent within 24 hours of receiving an invoice. If no payment is initiated the item will be made available for others to purchase.
I do not operate outside of the terms and conditions stated on this page and there are no exceptions to this fact as stated on all invoices. In paying, you are agreeing to these terms.
